Stillness Yoga Retreat Center

extcsWelcome to our little retreat center in San Diego. We are little as we only allow up to three guests. We have space for more guests, but our goal to give 100% undivided attention to each guest in the form of spiritual coaching. Participants will learn to master several practical and powerful tools that will benefit them.

Our retreat uniquely ends after lunchtime so guests can explore and tour San Diego in the afternoon and in the evening. We do offer discount tickets to the World Famous San Diego Zoo, Sea World, museums at Balboa Park, hundreds of coupons to local restaurants and eateries and more! We also help you with tour assistance and public transportation if you don’t have a rental car.

Through the Stillness Yoga Retreat Center course, our goal is that you gain a greater vision of who you are. During the Stillness Yoga Retreat Center Program, you will discover your unlimited power and freedom not as a concept, but as a direct experience.

The centerpiece of the Stillness Yoga Retreat Center is spiritual coaching, spiritual coaching and learning vegan cuisine. For spiritual coaching we use specific techniques to get you unstuck to allow for continued growth.

Day One

Check-in 3 p.m. to  8 p.m. Guests provide their own dinner. Restaurants are within walking distance.

Location

The Stillness Yoga Retreat Center is set in the suburbs of Northeast San Diego County, California. The location is 25 miles to La Jolla, 22 miles to the World Famous San Diego Zoo and close by to many San Diego tourist attractions.

The retreat center mainly supports solo travelers. This is a place to make all your own, and the staff is here to help you do just that. We allow up to three guests per night.

Accommodation

A comfortable, twin size bed in a shared room with one other twin size bed or a private queen bed in a private room.  Heated and/or Air conditioned residential house features proximity to many trail heads and a lake.

Food

Learn vegan lunch cuisine. Recipes booklets available for all guests. The chef aims to please the palate with vegetarian and vegan nourishment that will leave you deeply satisfied. We can accommodate most vegan and vegetarian diets.

Things to do

There’s no better way to close the day than a fire circle under the stars! If you’re interested, Stillness Retreat Center can arrange lovely, end-of-day gatherings for those who wish to come and sing or chat by the warmth of the open fire.

Lakeside is famous for its Rodeos, miles of scenic hiking trails, serene lakes, horseback riding and historic sites. A 10 mile drive will take you to one of the country’s largest Regional parks. Mission Trails Regional Park is a 5,800-acre (23 km2) open space preserve within the city of San Diego, California, established in 1974. It is the sixth-largest municipally owned park in the United States, and the largest in California!
