Learn Heartmath and experience a Sound Healing Meditation – Introduction to Heartmath. You’ll learn two “HeartMath” breathing techniques that build coherence which is having harmony with your heart, mind, emotions & body. The Heartmath introduction is led by Heartmath Facilitator, Jennifer who is trained in Heartmath Interventions. Stress and Anxiety: One of the primary focuses of HeartMath is helping individuals reduce stress & anxiety through techniques that promote emotional regulation & resilience.
We’ll enjoy some yoga and warm up the body for five minutes before we sit for the sound healing meditation; We usually follow Hiroshi Motoyama’s yoga exercises which help activate the meridians and create a smooth flow of energy. This prepares the body and mind for healing. Dress in layers. We have chairs available for sitting. Come experience oneness, stillness, and silence.

11:00 am to 11:30 am Introduction to Heartmath & seated yoga.
11:30 am – noon Sound Healing Meditation – 30 minutes
Guests are welcome to hang out afterwards for friendly spiritual discussions for 30 minutes.
Jennifer does sound healing and plays the singing crystal bowls. Jennifer has been playing the singing crystal bowls for eight years. Jennifer is a Heartmath teacher and trained in Heartmath Interventions and meditation. She wants to share these learnings with you.
